Your placement plan

Color that travels upward

  1. 01Start on the upper outer cheek, beneath the outer eye corner.
  2. 02Blend diagonally along the cheekbone toward the temple, keeping the color below the eye.
  3. 03Keep the inner cheek softer and stop before the hairline.

A balanced wash: blend the edges before adding another layer.

Model portraits are illustrative. Actual color depends on your blush formula, skin, and lighting; compare a small amount on your own cheeks.

Compare blush placement for your face

  1. Choose a face illustration, then compare one placement at a time using the same shade and intensity.
  2. Compare color concentrated near the cheek apples with a placement following the cheekbone. Notice the location and spread rather than treating either as a rule for your face shape.
  3. Lower the intensity and soften the blend to compare a subtle application. Check the real result in your usual lighting and adjust gradually.

Illustrations simplify face proportions, skin texture and product finish. No placement changes your facial structure.
